ARTS BALLET IN CORAL GABLES

Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida, under the direction of Maestro Vladimir Issaev, is set to captivate audiences at the Sanctuary of the Arts with a special one-night-only performance of both classical and neo-classical ballet. Supported by the City of Coral Gables, Historical Resources and Cultural Arts Department, this highly anticipated event promises to offer a unique and vibrant evening of dance for South Dade patrons.

The program will feature Marius Petipa’s world-renowned Paquita, set to the music of Ludwig Minkus, showcasing the exquisite technique and stunning corps de ballet work of Arts Ballet’s 24 professional dancers. Audiences will also be treated to the energetic Flames of Paris pas de deux, a thrilling display of bravura and virtuosity. In addition, the evening includes Vicente Nebrada’s Una Danza Para Ti, a spirited tribute to Venezuela and its extraordinary artists, complete with music by esteemed Venezuelan composers, including waltzes by Teresa Carreño.
