Arts Ballet Theatre welcomes you to the 2015-2016 Season!
The Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida has prepared an exciting and fascinating season for you !

We open our season in October with Ballets with Latin Flavor featuring a new work for the company: "Tarde en la Siesta" by Cuban choreographer Alberto Méndez, "Fuga con Pajarillo," with music by Venezuelan composer Aldemaro Romero, and Suite of Waltzes of Teresa Carreno, along with excerpts of Spanish ballets such as "Don Quixote" and "Laurencia", a ballet based on Lope de Vega's Fuenteovejuna.

In December, we present the Holiday traditional ballet: The Nutcracker, with Tchaikovsky’s popular score and choreographed by Issaev.

Arts Ballet will premiere its own version of "Coppelia" in March of 2016 with music by Leo Delibes and choreography by Vladimir Issaev based on such of Arthur Saint-Leon.

The company concludes its season in May of 2016 with the "Spring Ballet Gala" with a combined program of the most challenging classical repertoire that will include Glinka Suite Fantastique,  Endless and Four Seasons, all choreographies of Vladimir Issaev.

Additional programs include: Great Moments of the Opera, Ballet and Zarzuela in early September and presentations in Mexico, Poland and Peru.

The company has become a force in the ballet community of South Florida and it is also expanding its performances to most important venues in South Florida such as the Fillmore at the Jackie Gleason Theater, the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center, the Julius Littman North Miami Beach Performing Arts Theatre, The Parker Playhouse of Fort Lauderdale, the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, the Willow Theater in Boca Raton and the Sunrise Civic Center. The company made its debut in New York at the New Dance Amsterdam Theater in 2012 and it continuously tours internationally to Europe and South America.

“Issaev's genius and teaching/directing shows through in his dancers,…The entire dance team is a reflection of the notable precision and classical dance beauty for which Issaev has few equivalents."

Ron Levitt, Contributing writer for Entertainment News and Views

“Indeed Issaev’s sweeping choreography for this episode recalled the work of the great Russian choreographer Leonid Lavrovsky. Memorable moments like this are what ballet is all about. Issaev’s family spectacle proved a real winner.”

Lawrence Budmen, Contributing writer for Entertainment News and Views.
